1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold by Thistle Type are digital downloads. No physical goods are supplied.

By completing your purchase and downloading the fonts, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel for change-of-mind purchases under UK and EU consumer law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty or misdescribed.

2. Refund Policy

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases once the fonts have been downloaded.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Incorrect licence selection
• Compatibility issues with third-party software
• Change in project requirements
• Lack of understanding of licence terms

Please review the licence description carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or Misdescribed Digital Content
If the fonts are defective, corrupt, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at: support@thistletype.com

Where appropriate, we will:

• Provide replacement files, or
• Issue a refund in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

Other Situations
We may issue a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product
• Incorrect file delivery due to our error

If a refund is approved, you may be required to confirm that all copies of the Fonts have been deleted.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

VAT & Tax Adjustments
Where VAT has been applied, any refund will include the corresponding VAT amount in accordance with UK VAT law and the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment:

• Your Fonts will be available for immediate download from the order confirmation page.
• A download link will be sent to your email address.
• If you created an account or logged in at checkout, your files will remain accessible via your account dashboard.

If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes:

• Please check your spam or junk folder.
• If it is still missing, contact support@thistletype.com and we will assist.

4. File Backup & Access

We recommend downloading and securely backing up your fonts immediately after purchase.

While we aim to maintain access through your account dashboard, we cannot guarantee permanent hosting or indefinite download availability.

If you lose your files, contact us with your order details and we will assist where reasonably possible.
