At Thistle Type, we specialise in digital font products delivered electronically. This policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds and shipping for all purchases made through our store.
Refund Policy
Because all of our products are digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.
No Refunds After Download
All font sales are final. Once the download link has been issued or accessed, your purchase is considered complete and non-refundable.
Exceptions (At Our Discretion)
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:
You purchased the same product multiple times by accident.
You received a corrupt or inaccessible file.
You received the wrong font or license than what was ordered.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at support@thistletype.com within 7 days of purchase, and include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Any relevant screenshots or proof of the error
Please note: We do not offer refunds based on change of mind, incorrect usage, or incompatibility with third-party software.
Technical Support
If you experience issues installing or using your font, we’re happy to assist. Reach out and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Policy
All products from Thistle Type are digital downloads only. No physical goods will be shipped.
Delivery Process
After successful payment:
Your font files will be available for immediate download from the order confirmation page.
A download link will also be sent to your email.
If you created an account or logged in during checkout, you can access your files anytime from your account dashboard under Downloads.
If You Don’t Receive Your Files
If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing or there’s an issue accessing your files, contact us at support@thistletype.com and we’ll help you retrieve them.
File Backup
We strongly recommend saving and backing up your font files in a secure location after download. While we’re happy to assist with lost files, we can’t guarantee permanent hosting or long-term access to downloads.
